- Custom and clearance items are also non‑returnable.

- In exceptional circumstances where a return is approved at our discretion:
- A 40% restocking fee will apply.
- The buyer is responsible for all return courier fees.
- Refunds (if granted) are processed back to your original payment method once the item has been received and checked.
- Important: Shopify has a processing period before funds are released to us. Refunds will only be actioned after the original payment has cleared into our account, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Shopify’s payout schedule.
